Enjoy easy access via tram to Melbourne University, Swanston St, Flinders St station and the CBD. If horse racing is your thing, jump on a bus at the end of the road straight to the gate of Moonee Valley racecourse.
At the house you'll enjoy a private hideaway, tucked away from the street in a secure area containing only three small houses. The house has been newly refurbished, and you can enjoy your own secure garden. Open the French doors from the lounge and it's indoor-outdoor living in the heart of Brunswick. The property features 2 bedrooms, the main bedroom offers 1 queen sized bed and the 2nd bedroom has 1 single bed or can be used for working station.
This home will pleasantly surprise you and won’t disappoint.
