This was a great place for our adult family with grandkids to meet in the Melbourne area. The house was clean. Nice beach views from two upstairs bedrooms. A great bedroom for the children with toys and a set of bunk beds downstairs.Kitchen fully stocked with pots pans and storage bins…. We ate several meals at home. The beach was fun and very accessible.Sharman was very responsive and easy to work with. Went out of his way to make sure we had everything needed for a large family with babies and children.

This beach house is wonderful. The view is spectacular from all the rooms on the beach side and sunset skies can even be viewed from the front of the house.Everything within the home is comfortable and the kitchen has everything needed for special dinners. We enjoyed having our small dog with us. It’s a plus that leashed dogs are allowed on the beach. The back porch was one our favorite places to hang out. We will definitely love to return to this beach home.

We had an amazing time here. The view of the ocean was incredible, and beach access was just steps away. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed, and the entire place was spotless and comfortable. It was the perfect getaway — quiet, relaxing, and exactly as described. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful vacation

We really enjoy our time at The Pelican Point beach house. The location is awesome, right on the beach. Everything is spotless! House is impeccable and has everything you need. We will come back for sure. Bedrooms are spacious, and bathrooms super clean. The outside is gorgeous and has plenty of seating to enjoy the view. It even have a shower outside with cold and hot water!. I recommended 100%.

Spring Break

Nice house, Right on the beach, beautiful views, kitchen is well appointed, beds were great. We had a great time. Fished with a guide in Sebastian Inlet, 5 miles away. Could use some beach chairs and a better grille. We brought our own beach chairs. Would recommend.
