A lui tout seul l’emplacement est un choix pertinent. Très propre. Intérêt d’avoir un garage. Manque toutefois qq petits agréments de confort (sèche cheveux, un peu d’huile, pastille lave vaisselle en nombre suffisant) pour être un choix sans défauts pour le prix demandé
