The room had no heat....55F degrees in the room and with the thermostat set on 75 it was blowing colder air. Maintenance couldn't fix the problem and there was no room available to switch to with working heat. Booked through Expedia so Hollywood slots was unable to issue a refund or documentation that there was no available room for us to stay in. Ended up driving all the way home where I didn't arrive until after midnight. Terrible overall experience

The staff was very friendly. We found the hotel a bit confusing to navigate from the Main Street and the parking garage. The elevator and our room had an aweful smell. There was a large stain on the carpet of our room and then another large/long wet spot that remained wet until the next day. The wet spot was not very visible so if we stepped in it our socks would get wet. It was nice that the hotel was so close to the event venue. Would I stay there again? Unfortunately probably not.
