Villa Emili in Medulin (Haus für 4-5 Personen)

House for 4-5 persons: approx. 100 m2, spread over two levels. On the ground floor are two double bedrooms – each with ensuite bathroom with shower, and an open-plan kitchen including a dining/living area and a small fireplace. Stairs lead up to the loft, which is equipped with a sofa bed (sleeps 1). The house is equipped with air conditioning and central heating. Furthermore, there is a cozy, covered terrace on the ground floor – the perfect place to enjoy al fresco dinners accompanied by romantic candle light. An additional covered terrace including barbecue facilities has been installed recently.


Further details:

WiFi free of charge. The roof terrace is accessible from outside only and is not suitable for small children. At surcharge of 100 euro per week, you can also make use of the heated whirlpool with different massage jets. Please advise us with booking or contact your host one day prior to arrival if you desire to use the whirlpool, so we can make sure that everything is prepared for you in time.
