Staff was good but that’s single star hotel and its price should never be more than $20 per night though I paid $63 😳. Specially people with newer I phones should stay away because of old old sockets in rooms.

10 mins walk to masjid nabawi. Room is very cold. Window frames and window lets in cold air all day. Window cannot be closed properly. This is Madinah in December. So its very cold. So window issue did not help at all.

Room was bad, dated and tired, and the Saudi man at the front desk incredibly rude - generally poor customer service all round. The hotel is not a safe walking distance at all, have to cross a busy road with no safe crossing points and this will still take 18 ish mins

I stayed at Sidra Alia AL-DAHABI Hotel from September 19 to 22, 2025, and unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. Not only did the hotel manager argue with me and try to force an early check-out without a valid reason, but the staff also misbehaved with my elderly parents, showing a complete lack of respect and professionalism. This kind of treatment is unacceptable in any setting, especially in the hospitality industry, where care and courtesy should be the foundation of service. We felt disrespected, uncomfortable, and completely let down. I strongly do not recommend this hotel to anyone — especially to families or elderly guests. I hope the management takes serious action to improve their behavior and treatment of guests.
