Great location. It has a mall in the building where you can get buy dates and gifts. Its next to the museum where there is a food court. Bear in mind the hotel is further for women's entrance but you can still pray outside in the courtyard

Location of this hotel was amazing. Very close to haram and shopping area. However I found the hotel a little outdated. The washrooms were very tight and not very well cleaned. I was there for one night and it was ok as the location was amazing. The hotel can do better by updating the rooms and focus on cleanliness and washrooms

Overall, the hotel is decent, but the rooms and facilities feel dated — especially the carpets, furniture, and bathrooms. Food options are quite limited around the hotel; the buffet breakfast was the only standout feature. Compared to hotels on the opposite side of the Masjid, this location has fewer dining choices and involves a longer walk, particularly to the women’s section of the masjid. Walk to Mens’s section is reasonable but still a tad long. For a similar price, hotels across the Masjid offer better value and convenience. This was my first stay on this side, and I’d likely choose the other side in the future. On a positive note, the restaurant staff were excellent — special thanks to server Barkat and chef Tauqeer for their exceptional service. Apart from that, it’s just an average hotel experience.

I was supposed to check in at 4:00 PM, but the process was delayed by about 30 minutes as the room wasn’t ready. I also requested daily housekeeping, but no one attended the room during my stay, which was disappointing. The main advantage of this hotel is its excellent location — it’s very close to the Holy Mosque, making access to prayers convenient and easy. Overall, you get what you pay for: a decent stay with a great location, but limited service quality.
