Apartment was exceptionally clean, really fancy throughout. Loved the decorations. Hotel owners were very helpful and prompt with their responses. Loved this apartment. Just a littl far from the haram but other than that 10/10 would recommend.

Highly recommended if accommodation is required for family it has separate rooms for kids plus you get kitchen as well tv/ guest lounge. Note for property owner If couple of these things could be implemented it will add to customer’s better experience - Towels need to be requested - Internet wifi in the back room ; signal drops you need extender added - Rooms have mirror with drawer next to bed ; they should be removed drawer have sharp corner edges kids can hit there head when coming in thats a safety issue. I hope these changes are implemented I highly recommend the property and owner management and the area is really nice a lot of lively late night walk area and Cafe’s along the walkway plus Medina Haram mosque is 10 mins 15-20 riyals Property has its own parking if are renting vehicle it’s free.

Great hotel but, far from Masjid Al an Nabawi by walk and often hard to find taxi. Lots of food options and hospitable people around the area. The four stars is not for the hotel itself but the location of which it was hard for drivers to locate and or cost a lot to drive to and from.

I appreciate the opportunity to stay in the rented apartment in Al-Madinah for two days. The location was convenient, and the apartment offered a comfortable living space. While the overall experience was satisfactory, there were some minor issues with cleanliness that could have been improved. The amenities provided met basic needs, and the proximity to key attractions in Al-Madinah added to the convenience. Overall, it served its purpose for a short stay, but attention to cleanliness details would enhance the experience for future guests.
