Very old accommodation. Can’t be a 5 stars hotel as per modern standards. Minimum maintenance could be easily done to make it a bit better. Biggest drawback is the absence of noise isolation. You’ll hear every word the neighbour says. Reception services / practices are really slow and outdated (long waiting time, inefficiency of the personnel, disorganization). I definitely don’t recommend the hotel. for the price I paid I expect much much more. It’s not even at par with modern 3 stars hotels around the world.

The hotel staff was incredible with the exception of the personnels at the reception who seems reluctant in offering service that caters to customers immediate needs. But the room staff and everybody else was fantastic. The buffet was incredible for breakfast, very convenient location. The room had some broken fixtures like the hair dryer did not work, shower head did not work.

The hotel and staff were great. The location makes it perfect, especially for women. The only caveat is the furniture in the room was old and damaged. It was not up to 5-star standard. However, decent stay and helpful staff.

Family friendly comfort!

Our stay was amazing. After being upgraded to a spacious room that fit comfortably our family of four. Mustafe house manager was professional and curious and very understanding. The communication between staff and customers was very very good. I would differentiate recommend to my family and friends.

Loved the location of the property. But my room looked nothing like it does in the pictures! It was really old and run down, especially the bathrooms! Frame around mirror was broken, when taking a shower it made loud noise where my kids were scared to shower. They really need to post pictures of the actual rooms.
