Riverside Motel was EXCELLENT. I had read reviews prior to booking, and they were all correct. First off, the staff was very friendly, and accommodating. The motel has access right off the highway, for easy access. Plus, the room we stayed in had a kitchenette, equipped with dishes, and cooking appliances to make the stay feel more like home. My only negative critique, believe it or not, was that the pillows were a bit hard. But thats something I can plan for when I book with them again. Great job, Riverside Motel. I will be recommending you to everyone I know planning a stay in Medicine Hat

This was the first time we had stayed at the Riverside Motel. The motel is clean and quiet, and has had extensive upgrades and renovations. The owner is wonderful and very attentive to the comfort of his guests. There was work being done near the room we had booked, so he upgraded our reservation to a suite away from the work area. We have plans for another trip to Medicine Hat and will be definitely booking rooms here for our stay.

Room was clean when i arrived but i had one smelly towel and the one of the pillow cases was dirty. They changed that without any difficulty. Had a really nice kitchenette. They dont clean your room or take your garbage out or anything. You're on your own. Some people might like that. There is very little furnishings. If you are staying for a while you might want to bring something to put your clothes in if you dont want to live out of your suitcase.
