Great Property Awesome Staff

First night stay of a longer trip and you can't ask for better than this Best Western. Mira checked us in and offered a bottle of water and some fruit while we waited. The room was spacious and clean. The window had two types of blinds depending on your needs. If i Medicine Hat again, this property will be top of mind for a future stay. The breakfast had a number of options available, plus an omelet station. The young ladies staffing this amenity were very friendly and accommodating.

They were very accommodating and allowed us to have early check in and because our vehicle was being serviced they allowed us a late check out and allowed us to store our bags until we had a vehicle. Very nice!

The hotel was newish and very clean. Staff was courteous. Rooms were big and comfortable. Beds and pillows were of high quality. They had even made order omelets among other breakfast items.

This property was convenient to locate, good parking for the motorcycles. Our room was very spacious and clean. The general manger cruised thru the breakfast room and spoke to all the guests during their breakfast. This was a very nice touch. He stop to chat with us and because we were on motorcycles he gave us a review of the weather conditions heading in our direction. AS we were packing up the bikes he came out with water for us. Another nice touch. I would definitely recommend this property.

Great stay. Lots of amenities. Pool was perfect temperature. Hot tub was really nice. Hotel have complimentary snacks as well to purchase for room at a good price. Rec room with pool table, gym. Breakfast was very good. Room was very clean, quiet, beds and pillows were very comfortable. Room was cool A/C was pretty quiet for a hotel A/C. Would definitely stay again!

The hotel stay was excellent. Everywhere we went in the place, someone was cleaning or polishing, even the elevators. The room was spotless with nice furnishings and a great bed. The free breakfast was good with more items than other hotel breakfast, including an omelette station, French toast and pancakes. The pool area was nice with hot tub, slide and steam room. There was also a fitness room and an outdoor patio with bbqs and glass fireplaces. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. 10/10.
