Would recommend!

Just what I needed! Super friendly, affordable, easy to find, I could see my car from my room.. After an epically horrid, sleepless night at Ashland Hills Hotel & Suites (hop over to their site if you wanna read my review), the Timbers hotel offered me the clean, super smooth check-in (w/ yummy snacks that were cheap=double bonus!), easily accessible, cozy beds, and friendly staff, which was just what I needed.. I would recommend to family/friends looking for a quick stop over that is centrally located and easy to access all of Ashland!

First time back since new ownership and the place looks great. The bed was comfortable and the front desk was helpful. The only concern was the front door had to be shoved hard to close.

The room is very clean and comes with toiletries, but pool is closed for the stay. We checked in late and the parking lot was already full with limited property parking. Very nice and attentive front desk.

The room is clean but I don’t think they change the bedding. I can smell perfume on the pillow. Bathtub is clogged due to a lot of hair after I cleaned it then water draining faster.

Small but mighty is how I would describe the Timbers Inn. It suited our needs which was a comfortable bed to sleep in and close but not right in the middle of Ashland. The staff was very friendly and the room was clean. We could tell there have been some improvements were recently made. Our only regret was the swimming pool was not ready during the heatwave occurring on our arrival.

I was here in Ashland for a quick business trip. The Timbers Inn did what I needed was a place to rest and sleep. Great grocery store next door for quick eats. There are a couple restaurants that are walking distance from the hotel.

Noisy and rundown!

Very friendly and helpful staff. But this property is in poor condition! Very thin walls , I had to listen to the guy in the next room snore all night. Good looking location for SOU.
