This historic little guest house boasts an incredible location for wine tasting and gorgeous views. Located adjacent to the historic Hillcrest Orchard and RoxyAnn Winery, The Carriage House has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and a large kitchen/dining area. Television channels are over the air broadcast networks (no cable). There is a DVD player. We do have an indoor pool and game room. There is a pool table and ping pong table. There is a neighboring orchard, vineyard, and winery/tasting room. Workers may begin early. The Carriage House will not disappoint for your next getaway!
The Carriage House was built in 1911 and, though greatly cared for, shows its age in some places. It sits adjacent to the historic Hillcrest Orchard estate on the outskirts of Medford.
