The only minor complaint was that the bathroom smelled like cigarette smoke but I called the lobby, and they apologized and sent someone down right away to check it out and everything. Was really pleased with how they handled that.

The air conditioner in our room needs to be serviced. The fan runs very loudly and it’s hard to get a good nights sleep and it doesn’t really cool the room appropriately. The walls are also very thin so we could hear the people next-door to us I actually have a conversation. But the people were very friendly and the bed was comfortable.

Expedia needs to indicate what floor the room is on and if there's an elevator when showing a room. For a 82 year old woman to lug luggage and other things up stairs, is ridiculous and difficult. When I got to the room, the TV didn't work, and neither did the telephone. It was a VERY long walk, and down and up stairs, to get a different remote for the TV. I wouldn't have minded the walk, but I'd been driving all day and I was exhausted. From now on, I will call the property and get my questions answered BEFORE booking a room!
