Staff were great at this hotel. They were helpful and very respectful. Most of the communication could be made over WhatsApp. Andres helped us get a driver to transport our luggage to our destination. The location of the hotel is very convenient. One downfall was we saw a little cockroach in the room and the walls are pretty thin.

THE WORST HOTEL IN MEDELLIN ! EL PEOR HOTEL DE Medellín ! First let me start off by saying I booked this hotel mainly because they advertise as their main photo on hotel.com, a beautiful restaurant with great food. These photos were advertised 1 week before today when I booked. On arrival they say they have No restaurant anymore it’s been closed for a month. There is really nothing luxury or nice to look at besides that and it was falsely advertised to scam people out of their money. Second I later in the evening ask for ice, they told me their hotel has no ice, that I have to walk 3 blocks down to purchase my own ice at a supermarket. Crazy how this is even real. They said they serve complimentary coffee on the 3rd floor , I went in the morning and there is a small container to push out coffee on top of a water cooler and with tiny mouth wash cups to drink from. Felt like this was a joke seriously. The Rooms are tiny and didn’t have a glass wall to the terrace as advertised in photos, beware of how they advertise photos, literally has zero storage space to put your luggage so I had to open it on the floor and you can’t even walk around it unless you close it and practically squeeze through the walk way. Their front desk reception looks nothing like photos advertised when walking in , it’s a small side entrance. Also on arrival when checking in I ask the lady if I can have any of my friends come over like every hotel allows with identification. They charge $55 for guest

Wow! What a hotel and what a wonderful experience; from the receptionists to the housekeepers, everyone was so welcoming and sweet. The room was spacious and came stocked with essentials. There is an also water fountain on the second floor, so I was able to fill my water bottle. The hotel is in a great neighborhood and is very walkable. There are many restaurants and bars around to try. It is quite noisy, but that’s only on the weekdays and is expected due to their location. But, that wasn’t an issue for me. I had a great time here and I’d stay again!

Stayed at this hotel in Provenza, Medellín and absolutely loved it. The location couldn’t be better—right in the heart of all the restaurants and bars, yet still felt completely safe. The hotel was small but had everything I needed, spotlessly clean, and the staff was truly awesome. Highly recommend!
