This was a very noisy and unpleasant location ! The "city view" described was really just NOISE - from a rowdy bar, endless motorcycle traffic lasting almost all night long. There is obviously no soundproofing of walls and windows. Unhoused people were sleeping on the sidewalks nearby. A major police takedown happened just across the street. It is not a pleasant area for tourists with limited amenities. In the morning,after a very rough night, we were unable to get warm water for our showers. We left this hotel early ( forfeiting two nights pre-paid).
