The property itself is great. The problem is Expedia and the check in process. This is an apartment building, so the reception and security at the front could not do anything with my Expedia reservation info. They also only speak Spanish. I thankfully speak Spanish ok so I could communicate, but they kept saying I needed to be in direct contact with the host or owner prior so I knew what unit I was staying in. I almost could not check in, but the one worker thankfully kept trying to help me and somehow found my reservation when I gave her my phone number. I even got in touch with Expedia customer service and they said they called the hotel and the hotel was ready for me, but the people at the front desk I was dealing with did not get any call from Expedia. Expedia and the unit owners and the reception all need to sort this out more clearly for an easier check in process. Otherwise, the property is good!
