The hotel does not have a parking garage as the street it is on is pedestrians only. Recommend when you check in to use the valet and then move the car to one of the local parking garages.

La ubicación es inmejorable, fue lo que más me gustó. La atención del staff fue súper buena, muy atentos en todo momento. Lo único que no me gustó para nada fueron las camas, son extremadamente duras, salí con dolor de espalda de mi estadía, a mi amigo le dolían las costillas de lo mal que dormía. Ojalá puedan mejorar eso porque el hotel tiene muchísimo potencial

Mi mas sincera opinión: La ubicación de este hotel es privilegiada, en el corazón de Provenza. Muy feliz de haberme quedado en este hotel. El hotel es excelente, super limpio y la atención del staff es excelente. No tengo ninguna queja. Me volveria a quedar ahi cada vez que visite Medellin!

The hotel is right at the middle of all the actions e.g. bars, restaurants, nightclubs etc. It’s in a very safe area in Barrio Provenza in El Poblado. The room is so spacious. All the staff are so friendly and willing to help. The hotel is so clean. I recommend Hotel Provenza Garden and I would definitely come back to stay here if I come to Medellin.
