Hola mi nombre es Michelle Cole, estuvimos 5 dia, en ese hotel, y en el piso 8 del hotel se encuentra, el restaurante y el bar, en ese piso hay una grada, o escalera que no se ve, que cuando las personas caminan no se dan cuenta de que hay una grada y tropiesa y caje al piso. Mi tia se cayo y se golpeó la pierna, el supervisor no le importo, hasta cuando mi tia le dio que los iba a demandar, fue cuando dijo que iba a llamar al Doctor, el Doctor llego 3 horas después y le suministro una inyección. Tienen que corregir esa grada en el piso 8.
