Tribe Medellín is a stylish and energetic hostel that’s perfect for social travelers and digital nomads. Its rooftop pool and lounge area offer stunning views of the city and create a great atmosphere for meeting people. The location is ideal—close to bars, cafes, and public transport, yet still feels safe and tucked away. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the coworking space with strong Wi-Fi is a big bonus for remote workers. While the dorms can be a bit tight and the kitchen space limited, the overall cleanliness and vibe make up for it. With a solid mix of comfort, convenience, and community, Tribe earns a well-deserved 8.5 out of 10.

Very noisy, one night it was impossible to sleep as a woman next door kept shouting and crying for over 3 hours in a row. Many people were outside my room and it took two trips to the reception to finally get another room at 4 in the morning. Once in the second room i got awoken by someone entering the room at 7AM. Very annoying to beg for a solution instead to be provided with one … after two attempts.

The price we got the room for was awesome however as soon as we got in i understood why it was so cheap. The hotel was definitely decorated very cute and the staff was all extremely nice and helpful but the layout of the rooms were just very small and the bathroom was very interesting. There’s nothing stopping the water from the shower from seeping out under the bathroom door into your room. We cleaned up with towels however there was water everywhere. Later when I came back to the room at night I saw what looked like a German roach in the bathroom which I’m assuming they loved because of how wet the walls and flooring get from the layout of the showers. I only saw that one so it didn’t seem to be too much of a problem but I most likely wouldn’t stay here again because of this.
