All around a nice place but they are having some problems with staffing I believe because they are newly opened. They refused to serve breakfast and were unhelpful when I asked simple questions. For this reason I chose another hotel for my return trip.

The frontdesk is open 24/7 which is great for when you have early or late flights. The restaurants on site are great and convenient for when you want to stay a day in. Staff is also friendly, some do speak English if you’re a non-Spanish speaker.

The property had wonderful staff and were very prompt with requests. The rooms were a little bit on the small side, but who goes on vacation to stay in the rooms? The WiFi was a little slow on the phones, but thankfully it was fast on my laptop. The area has a lot of nice restaurants, there’s a mall down the road from the hotel; it’s called Monterey Mall, which is cool to just walk around. Overall, my experience with Heiss Hotel was unforgettable.
