Standard Rooms are so small, you cannot even open a suitcase. There was no space ro walk around if you open even 1 luggage. Staff tried to help.

The hotel was very clean, and the daily housekeeping was a great bonus — fresh towels every day were much appreciated. The room itself was quite small, which may feel cramped for some, but I really loved the outdoor balcony. The rooftop pool is also a nice feature with a great view. The location is excellent: extremely walkable and very close to Provenza, with many great restaurants just steps away. Overall, a great stay for the location and cleanliness, but keep in mind the rooms are on the smaller side.

The property was really nice and in a great location, as well as the staff was really nice and gave great services, the pool was beautiful and warm! Only thing I hated was the breakfast. The food was really bad not a lot of options either

The guys in the front desk were phenomenal specially Jhonatan. I had an issue with my original reservations and he was able to fixed and get me my room on a timely fashion. The customer service and the empathy that we received from the hotel staff was outstanding I truly recommend this hotel .
