Great customer service, the hotel is under construction at this time, but the hours are 9am-5pm so it doesn't interfere with sleep. It is right in the Provenza passage to all the clubs and restaurants.

Hotel centrico. Ubicado en la misma calle de provenza. Restaurant, mall cerca. Servicio muy amable. La vista muy bonita. Hay mucho ruido en las noches por la musica. Asi que recomiendo irte de fiesta porque no vas a descansar. Pero muy bueno el desayuno.

I been going to Medellín since 2021 several times a year and staying at the same 2 or 3 hotels depending on their availability and this is one of them. It's located literally at the end of Provenza.. the very heart of El Poblados restaurants & clubs scene. So if you want to relax at night this is not rhe place but if you want fun and excitement you will be in the middle of it.. in the best way possible 😥😍🙏😍🙏
