Absolutely awful experience. If you’re looking for rest, this is NOT the place. The noise from nearby bars and clubs blasts through the walls until 4 a.m. every single night. None of this was mentioned when booking, and the front desk offered no alternative or even basic sympathy. When I asked for a quieter room, I was told flatly, “We don’t have any.” The service across the board was poor. Staff seemed disinterested, unhelpful, and at times borderline rude. The breakfast is a joke – a few bland options, barely replenished, and only one overwhelmed person trying to serve the entire breakfast area. Even worse, they charge for an espresso, which is unheard of in Colombia and frankly insulting. The coffee machine in the room had no instructions, leading to a coffee spill. I used a towel to clean it And they charged me for cleaning the towels, something I’ve never seen at any halfway decent hotel. This place is all noise, no rest, and zero hospitality. Would never stay here again.

Great location. Staff were friendly and the room was modern looking and clean. It was a little noisy at night which is understandable with the location. My wife had trouble sleeping one night. Otherwise a perfect stay.

The hotel is very well located, its walking distant from lots of bars and restaurants but also from the meeting points for most tours. The noise level from the clubs is unbelievable, I was on the 8th floor and it literally felt like I was in the middle of the dance floor regardless of what time of the night it was so if your goal is to rest and get a decent night sleep, this place cannot offer that! Staff are very friendly and helpful and rooms are stylish and clean. Minus the noise I enjoyed my stay here

In the heart of Medellin

Well located for the busy Medellin nightlife. The in-house tour operator (EC Tours) were a great help organising our various trips, no need to pre-book. Buffet breakfasts were excellent.
