Servicio super excelente, todo limpio organizado, facilidad comoda, empleados muy amables excelente lugar. The hotel is well located. The staff is available. The room is not sound proof, so you can hear the steps and people outside the room in the hallway. The matress of the bed is hard. The rooftop and restaurant is nice.

The hotel is nice and might have the best mattress and pillows in el Poblado, but the staff ruined all of it. The front desk staff are friendly but zero knowledge or experience with how to resolve guest dissatisfaction, and ultimately unhelpful. When I asked if I could speak with a hotel manager I was told one wouldn’t be available for more than a month. ??? The waitstaff during breakfasts were inattentive and showed no desire to provide good guest service.
