Good place and friendly staff but not 5 star

I had a pleasant and comfortable stay, the staff are super friendly and professional. I can’t rate the hotel as a 5 star. There were some basic amenities missing, water and coffee, tea were not replenished daily - despite asking for the water in the minibar to be restocked. They didn’t really have other facilities apart from a restaurant and rooftop bar. Overall it was comfortable and super central.

My friend and I did a girls trip, first time for both in Colombia, this hotel was our first stop and everyone was very friendly, the location is nice as you can walk around and it’s close to a lot of different places such as, popular restaurants, Provenza, and pick up spots for tours.

I appreciate the hotel being in a zone where everything was walking distance. The breakfast options were good enough to choose from. The rooms appeared clean and the AC worked well. I had a nice view from the balcony which was amazing to see during the nighttime.
