We check out of the hotel in the morning. We found multiples issues and prefer to move some place else. At our arrival we found a receptionist with some attitude, look like she was mad or something, maybe have some personal issues, no big deal but nothing pleasant. We found the room to be very small, even ask for an upgrade but was told that was the bigger room with a king bed, so decide to stay in the same room. Something good was the shower head, great amount of water and it turn hot very fast. that is good. The mattress was very very bad. It feels cheap and with no support. was like sleeping on a table. The pillows are very hard too. We barely sleep. Other point that we didn't like was the fact that you need to wear the band of the hotel all the time. This is not an all inclusive hotel that justify to have a band on the arm all the time. Having to go out to the street with a band is like be a target for people trying to identify tourist

Staff is excellent, they all are! The rooms are clean and well kept, only issue is the sound block inside the rooms is very low, so it’s difficult to have a calm sleep, even more when you’re looking for a place to stay while working, for entertainment's it works

There are many things to say about this hotel, so I thought best to give its pros and cons: Pros: The hotel is very conveniently located, and is walking distance to good restaurants and cafes, also a very nice restaurant next door (great breakfast) The room was very clean, and well kept The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating, and several spoke English Cons: Flooring was coming loose in the room with tiles popping up catching my feet One afternoon a private party was booked on the top floor that played incredibly loud music that made the walls vibrate from mid-afternoon through 2am. No sleep at all that night. Was told that I’d just have to live through it.

Just what I was hoping for! Hotel was nice and clean. The area was walkable and felt safe. Not crowded, had a nice view, food and drink were good as well not that expensive.

Todo estába bueno, el desayuno, la atención de los empleados súper amable y el hotel está ubicado en el área cercana de Provenza. Si quieres dormir bien tienes que usar ear plugs, la música en Provenza se puede escuchar y los carros pitando a las 1am. Pero tienes todo cercano! Comida, Shopping, Discotecas, Cafeterías etc.
