Their Staff is amazing, always smiling and able to help you, but the hotel is really noisy because of their central location, it was hard to sleep the first night, other than that was an amazing experience. NOTE.Make that welcome drink redeemable for any local cocktail at any time the bar is open, that incentives the customers to stay for more drinks.

Property is nice, staff is nice, but they have a rule that wont allow you to bring guests to your room, other hotels do allow you to bring guest with their IDs but this hotel wont allow that, if youre paying for your room for that night, you should be able to have guests. Next time i go to Medellin i'll try a different one.

Very clean, comfortable and trendy! Staff was nice and communication was great! Only problem we had was the noise at night from the surroundings, booming music at night outside, which caused us to unable to rest properly. Great value though!
