The staff was awesome especially Wilson!!! He was the best. Super helpful and kind!! Santiago was great too. Complains…I had no hot water the evening I was the most exhausted…wooden doors got to be fix to close properly without all the noise, specially in the morning. Walking distance to El Poblado was very convenient. Their daily breakfast options were very good too! I will definitely stay there again if I go back to Medellin.

Kristin and Wilson gave us a really pleasant stay which we enjoyed very much. If they add glassware to the room if would really improve the stay.

El personal del hotel fueron siempre atentos y amables. La comida muy buena. Buena localidad y limpio. Lo único que no nos gustó es que se escucha todo. Tanto lo que pasa dentro del hotel como fuera. A partir de las 5am no hay quien duerma porque se escucha todo lo qué pasa en la cocina. Se escucha hasta cuando utilizan la ducha en la habitación de al lado. Fuera de eso todo muy bien.

This hotel was at a great walking distance from the parks and a shot ride to other sites. I recommend that you have your walking comfortable shoes and that your willing to explore.

Very nice and quiet área. The staff is very attentive and very nice. Totally recommend staying here, the breakfast is variable. It’s very close to the poblado ti go walking so that’s a super plus.

Honestly, i've had one of the worst experiences ever. The hotel only offers breakfast until 9am, there's no outdoor smoking area, you can't even play some music in you room because most of the guests are either sick or old people that don't like music. You can't bring water to your room or any type of drink because they will charge you 40% of the value of the drink you bring. The only way to contact the front desk is via chat because they have no phone in the room. Most of the staff looked stressed out and angry, and the environment felt awful. It's definitely not worthy and would never recommend it
