This place is located next to some shopping the working staff were friendly Breakfast hot bar was sub par with limited options Had issues with the hot water in the shower maintenance came by fixed it but it never got hot enough Note met another resident staying there who had the same problem If you have a guest come by to visit you they will charge you one hundred US per guest per visit ..this policy was never told to me at checkin I killed two small bugs in my room There is a small balcony but half of it is taken up by the AC unit Rooms are dated. Hallways have motion sense lights so when you step off the elevator it's dark till the sensor senses your movement ( not safe) Will never stay here again I'll just pay extra and stay at the Veranda or the York Luxury suites up the road Would not recommend

The room was very nice and the location is great, but if you are coming to visit friends or family you might to stay someplace else. For any person who visits, they charge you $100 per person. That fee doesn’t cover your entire stay. That must be paid every time someone enters the elevator to say hello even if it’s just for 15 minutes or to help you carry something down. I had to wait over 12 hours to gain access to the balcony I paid extra for because it was locked and no one came to unlock it despite two calls to the front desk. The same was true when asking for a second blanket because the one you got was very thin. I asked twice and it never arrived. Service? Not so much. Extorting you for every possible dollar due to ridiculously high fees that they don’t tell you up front? Yep.

The only thing I would recommend is to have coffee at the room since there was a coffee maker other than that I have to say there breakfast buffet was amazing, the service the staff everyone I will definitely come back 🙂
