Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

Worst experience - unreasonable owner

This is the worst experience I’ve had. The noise isolation is non-existent which means it’s totally impossible to sleep while the clubs around are open. I was sick and needed to sleep. I wanted to cancel and talked with the owner who was completely unreasonable and wouldn’t refund any of the remaining four nights even though it was before checkout time on the first morning. Apart from this nice breakfast and friendly staff.
