Hotel and rooms, including staff (minus the person who came to address our washroom concerns) were very nice. 3 min walk from Gate 79, which is very convenient- umrah was a breeze due to the location of the hotel- however, washrooms were a disaster. For a hotel that is considered 5 stars, washrooms were moldy and the water in the shower was not draining, leaving a very bad smell. It was also not clean. For the price, cleanliness should be #1. Our room particularly had a leak by the washrooms, which were addressed to staff but all we got was “we’ll do something about it”… nothing was done about it, we were there for 2 nights so we decided it wasn’t worth the hassle, let’s just deal with it. I’d like to tie recognition to our room service staff, who went above and beyond, and were very kind. Overall- hotel and location was great, and the hotel itself is beautiful- not sure if it was just our washrooms with the issues but if you’re staying here and have the same experience- please address it and get it fixed

Amazing breakfast and I absolutely loved the Arabic coffee with dates that were readily available at the reception. I also like the fact that there are plenty of food options in the building and it had their own designated lifts which was very convenient. They are very accommodating in many ways. We will insha'Allah stay here again.
