The main floor features a kitchen, dining area for family meals, and a cozy living room with a fireplace—perfect for gathering after a day on the slopes or the water. A half bath and walkout access to the spacious deck provide a great spot to unwind while taking in peaceful views of the lake and mountains. Upstairs, you'll find a full bathroom and three inviting bedrooms: one with two twin beds, one with a queen bed, and a primary bedroom with a queen bed and private bath. Whether you're planning a family vacation or a friends' getaway, there's plenty of room for everyone. With lake access steps away and Wisp Resort just around the corner, Cozy Condo is your home base for four-season fun at Deep Creek Lake.

IMPORTANT TO KNOW:
*This home's kitchen is equipped with a standard coffee pot.
*Max parking spaces for this home is 2; garage access is not available
*This home does not have air conditioning
*This is a non-smoking/vaping property
*Check-in is between 4 pm- 9 pm; Check-out is by 10 am.
*Minimum age to rent is 25.

WHAT TO BRING:
Please plan to bring your own supplies. One bath towel and one washcloth per person will be provided. Homes are equipped with cookware, dishes, drinkware, utensils, and bed linens for the max occupancy of the home. Propane will be provided for all propane grills; any refill requests can be made during normal business hours. Some items NOT provided include: paper products, food/spices, coffee filters, trash bags, detergents, soaps, toiletries, beach towels, firewood and makeup remover wipes (recommended to avoid fees for towel damage).

PETS:
This home is not pet-friendly. Undisclosed pets will be charged a fee equal to 3x the standard pet fee, per pet.

WINTER RESERVATIONS:
A 4WD vehicle is required to access rentals between November through April. Private driveways will not be snow-plowed unless and until there is 5 inches of snow.

RESERVATION PROCESS:
WITHIN 24 HRS OF BOOKING, sign the Rental Agreement to begin receiving your pre-arrival information. (Door Codes will NOT be released without an e-signed agreement.) Once completed, your check-in instructions and door code will be automatically sent ONE DAY PRIOR TO ARRIVAL. If you do not receive this info, please check your spam folder first. If it is still missing, contact us before 4 pm to ensure a smooth check-in. *All cancellations will incur a non-refundable processing fee*
