This inviting 3-bedroom, 2-bath home welcomes up to 2 well-behaved dogs and boasts spectacular sunset views over Deep Creek Lake and the slopes of Wisp Resort. Gather outside on the spacious deck to grill dinner, soak in the hot tub, or unwind around the firepit. Inside, stay comfortable year-round with a cozy fireplace for chilly evenings and central air conditioning for warm summer days.The upper level features a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living space, and two bedrooms, each with a Queen bed. The lower level is packed with fun, featuring a bunk room perfect for the kids, a common room with a sleeper sofa, and a pool table. Bonus: guests of Bourbon Sunsets have access to the Garrett Community College pool and gym during their stay. Whether you're here for the outdoor adventures or simply to kick back and relax, Bourbon Sunsets is your Deep Creek Lake retreat — with all the comforts of home and unforgettable sunset views. This home does not have cable tv; however, streaming is available using guest's own account. Max. parking spaces: 5.

IMPORTANT TO KNOW: Minimum Age to Rent is 25 years old. Check-In is between 4 pm – 9 pm. Check-Out is by 10 am. Smoking/Vaping, Parties, Exceeding Max Occupancy or Pet Limit are not allowed.

WHAT TO BRING: Supplies are not provided; plan to bring all paper products, food/spices, coffee filters, trash bags, detergents, soaps, toiletries, household items, supplies and extra towels, if necessary. (Bed Sheets, Bath Towels, and Dishes are provided for max occupancy.)

WINTER RESERVATIONS: A 4WD vehicle is required to access rentals between November through April. Private driveways will not be snow-plowed unless and until there is 5 inches of snow.

RESERVATION PROCESS: (1) At time of booking- Electronically Sign the Rental Agreement to trigger your door codes and Pre-Arrival Information to be automatically sent. Door Codes will NOT be released without an e-signed agreement. (2) One day prior to arrival- You will receive Pre-Arrival Information that contains your door lock code, address and other important info. [If you do not receive it by noon that day, check your spam folder. If you still don't see it please call us directly to ensure a smooth check-in].

Great place for a quick getaway before school starts for 2 teens. Close to boat rentals, go karts, golf… made use of pool table, hot tub, fire pit! All was wonderful!

My family and I had an excellent short stay at Bourbon Sunsets. The home's location was easy to find and central to Deep Creek activities. We loved the pool table and other amenities of the home (great AC!!!). Sunset views across the lake from the hot tub and deck were unbelievable. Glad we chose this home for a summer getaway.
