This beautiful turn of the century Greek Revival home features 7 bedrooms with 1 King bed, 2 Queen beds, 6 Twin beds, 3 futons, and 3 bath locations. The home is available for rent to host weekend getaways, reunions, showers, intimate parties, etc. The home features a Gourmet Kitchen with professional grade gas cooktop, dining area that can comfortably sit 14, and a two story front porch to enjoy the outdoors. This historic home is centrally located in the city with a short walk to parks, downtown, and the community college.

We do not charge a cleaning fee. Our base fee includes 4 overnight guests. Additional overnight guests are extra per person per night. We do require all overnight guests to be registered. If it's discovered the booking party had unregistered overnight guests, the booking party agrees to pay the additional fees associated with the unregistered guests upon request of the host.
