Sleeping up to 35 guests across three sprawling levels and multiple wings, this rustic yet refined estate is the largest single-family home available for rent in McCall — and the only one where your entire group can stay under one roof with space to spread out, reconnect, and make memories together.

Though just 15 years old, Conifer Lodge was built over 7 years to reflect the character and charm of a historic mountain home. Designed to feel like it's stood for over a century, the lodge blends hand-crafted detail with thoughtful, modern comfort. All the woodwork was done by the owners' sons, giving every corner a story and a sense of legacy.

Guest Access

Guests have exclusive access to the entire lodge, including all three floors, every bedroom and bathroom, the kitchen, living and dining areas, laundry rooms, game and media rooms, outdoor patio, gas grill, firepit, and the oversized covered porch with seasonal flower boxes. The heated garage is also available for guest use and includes a full-size refrigerator, perfect for extra groceries or drinks.
Access is via a secure lockbox or smart lock system — arrival details will be sent once the rental agreement, ID verification, and security deposit or damage waiver are completed.
While the home offers complete privacy, your hosts are just a call or message away should you need anything before or during your stay.
