Disliked: Cleanliness
The owner of the house needs to be more clear about his advertising. There was no TV service and also I was asked to pay for electricity and water. This is not right. Water and electricity should be at the owners expenses. Also, there are many ants there. The owner needs to get rid of those insects. Regards,

Pas d’accueil !

Personne pour nous attendre à notre arrivée à 15h15! Donc aucun état des lieux, à la recherche avec une amie des compteurs d’électricité et d’eau pour les relevés Le propriétaire qui est en France et très disponible seul point positif nous a guidé Il m’avait donné quelques jours auparavant le téléphérique la personne en charge de la maison Celle-ci était injoignable avant notre arrivée Ayant appelé le propriétaire pour lui demander des explications la personne qui devait nous accueillir m’a répondu d’une manière insolante qu’elle terminait son travail à 15 h donc qu’elle n’avait pas à nous attendre alors que j’avais prévenu le propriétaire que nous arriverions vers 15h De plus dans les chambres juste des draps pas de couverture et cette dernière me répond que les clients ne s’en servent pas donc tout enfermé à clés ! Voyant ma colère la dame en question revient à la villa avec une agressivité évidente et me donne les couvertures en me disant que les locataires ont l’habitude de tout jeter pa terre et tout abîmer Dans la cuisine le cellier est plein de poussière Seulement 2 brûleurs marchent sur la cuisinière La plus part des couverts de table sont cassés La ménagère en question vient le matin pour donner un coup de serpillière superficiel Derrière les tables de chevet des chambres de la poussière Bref nous avons abrégé notre séjour d’une journée C’est par contre un monsieur adorable qui est venu pour notre départ en s’excusant
