Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Worst Nightmare came true. Place was closed. Cancelled our reservation when we arrived. Left my 8 people reservation abandoned that night. Expedia phone number for Mexico to attend this kind of matter was not working. Expedia still promotes this property even thought it’s closed for business, and still bills you for it.
Stayed 3 nights in Aug 2022
