Park Royal is a nice upscale hotel set on a spectacular location overlooking the Pacific Ocean. The main attraction for me was the ocean view and the ocean air. That didn't work. I was surprised that the room windows were dirty and that you could not open the windows to let air in. What's the point of an ocean view in that case? Plus, despite the hotel being mostly empty mid-week, they put me in a less desirable location. (Low floor, angle view.) Note to management...please give your customers a decent room when you have them available.

Over all the hotel was great the only one thing I didn't like is the pressure the staff gives you to buy there vacation packages they offer us free breakfast and it was a seminar to have us buy their vacation package at last they told us to pay for breakfast because we were not interested on buying anything from them that was very rude from their part. Other than that very nice place !!
