Busy noisy campsite well located

Very noisy from early morning to late into nite. Most suited to smaller children not much for teenagers. Wifi was a joke and multi codes extremely annoying. Beside the river so full of bugs at nite, bring plenty of bug spray. Pool was too busy to enjoy properly. Card charging system a nuisance. Staff were friendly but the place could do with re vamp.

Overview

Good facilities that were maintained well especially the pool, staff friendly but let down by location, next to train line with trains that shook the bungalow at 5.45 in the morning, however the rest of my family didn't notice and slept through. Overall a pleasant stay with beautifully, well kept gardens and newish chalets. Staff friendly. Off peak stay so we had the pool to ourselves some days.

Una vacanza a misura di famiglia, basterebbe poco una piu accurata manutenzione della zona delle piscine . Qualche ombrellone in piu e nuovo una pulizia piu accurata in generale di quelle zone. Per il resto nulla da dire.

Bellissima struttura! Casette non molto nuove , dalle foto si raffigura tutto il prato all'inglese intorno alle casette, invece è tutto terreno! Piscina molto bella ma un po' trascurata . potrebbe essere un po' più pulito e curato,ma tutto sommato molto carino e soddisfacente! Animazione poco attiva e divertente. Voto 8

I punti forti di questa struttura sono le due piscine belle grandi,i parco giochi per bambini sparsi in tutto il villaggio,le casette molto carine,comode dotate di ogni confort,il ristorante con pizzeria e anche l'animazione sono stati molto simpatici e coinvolgente.la struttura però avrebbe bisogno di più cura per il verde,più pulizia e più personale.nel complesso ci siamo divertiti noi e anche i miei figli.da ritornare

Abbiamo soggiornato per il ferragosto ed ero un po' preoccupata per il periodo... Ma devo dire che siamo stati molto bene... Staff presente e cordiale e location ordinata e accogliente, le casette al top e complete di tutto.... Unica pecca il ristorante di strana gestione e organizzazione e la pizzeria chiusa in un periodo così pieno

Ho atteso ben 6 ore per avere il monolocale in quanto dicevano che lo stavano pulendo . Purtroppo i tempi di attesa sono stati lunghissimi . Bisogna migliorare sulla parte accoglienza . I giochi dei bambini sono bellissimi , le piscine sono belle ed il cibo da menu fisso è ok .

Personale alla reception poco accogliente e poco cortese,la stanza mi è stata consegnata alle 19,stanza un po vecchiotta,diverse volte si staccava la luce poco comunicazione tra il personale,sicurezza all'intero del villaggio inesistente poteva entrare qualsiasi persona. Ristorante veramente buono è di qualità personale cortese e disponibile,i ragazzi dell'animazione osso veramente super disponibile e facevano risollevare il villaggio sempre attivi nelle attività e coinvolgevano tutte le persone . Tutto bene, gentili e disponibili alla reception. Assenza animazione serale, per il ponte del 2/6 penso utile per gli ospiti del villaggio. Si sentiva, a ondate, odore di fognatura.
