This beautiful flat is located amidst the wonderful nature of Mauterndorf, in the sunny Lungau region and close to the forest.
Enjoy a sunny brunch on the covered south-facing terrace with comfortable garden furniture. Parking is possible in the private carport and at the car park at this complex. The flat is located in the southwest, on the 2nd floor.
Numerous cosy restaurants, bakeries and nice shops are only 150 m from the accommodation

Local supermarkets are 500 metres away and the golf course is only a 5-minute drive from the accommodation. The ski areas of Lungau and Katschberg, Obertauern and Fanningberg are also close by (10 minutes). The ski buses for all ski areas stop right outside the door! Salzburg airport is 120 km away.
In summer you can go mountain biking, e-mountain biking, hiking, play tennis, cycle on the Murradwanderweg, ride a racing bike, ride a motorbike, go to various swimming pools or let the air blow around your nose in the Smarty Outdoorparc. Golfers can play at the Golfclub Lungau, a beautiful 18-hole golf course 8 km away. Golfing among the mountains is a special experience!
