Very Bad Experience frustrated feeling cheated

First time I have booked this hotel on Hotels.com and paid all payment in advance. but when I reached their hotel murliwale refuse to give me room. They said they have received no booking information from Hotels.com. More than 1 hour my time wasted their and after that Hotels.com arrange other hotel for me but the 2nd one hotel is poor. I have no option to take that. Never book hotel on hotels.com
