NO AIR CONDITIONING, I spent 3 weeks here working in Massy, the hotel rooms have no air conditioning, so the room was like a sauna every night, unable to sleep properly because of the heat, It is also right next to a busy train station, so there is noise late at night and early morning,

Property was directly at a train station where reconstruction happened all night, as well as freight trains going through during the night. Horribly loud - no place at all for a hotel. Keeping windows closed also didn't help with noise. There is also no ventilation in the room. It says there is one with a 30min timer when pressed - but that is out of service. A table top fan is provided, but that makes only noise and wind, but doesn't give fresh air. It's a place one really shouldn't stay for longer than maybe a night.

It was good stay at Aparthotel Adagio Access Paris Massy Gare TGV. Clean room, near to train station, lot of restaurants options near by, 24hour reception, a room equipped with small kitchen and all required kitchen stuff. Friendly staff. 24hr laundry option. Breakfast was basic.The room cleaning is after 10 days as it’s an apartment style hotel however you can request on extra charge. Overall it was good.

It's my regular hotel when I visit my company HQ (yearly). I've been there 3-4 times as is convenient for me: direct on RER B to Paris and to CDG airport, nearby my company, I can eat in the room (thanks to nearby supermarket and small kitchen in the room) if too tired to eat out. Overall is a good business hotel and I recommend if you need to stay in the area.

I traveled with group of my friends. We surprised that the Hotel dining area is the same reception area! which both not enough for 15% of Hotel guests. Unfortunately, tow strangers inter the Hotel and stole my wife bag include money, passport during breakfast time !!!!!!. The Hotel Staff so kind to not ask anyone what are you doing here. After we reviewed camera , the 2 persons who stole were clearly obvious that they are very suspicious. Hopefully Hotel management review what happened as it was very painful for group of families were in vacation.

I want to say you get what you pay for but it is not the case. You could pay quite lot for your stay. The staff are lovely and helpful but do not have a lot of suppot because of the model in which this place is run. Pretty Average; if you have another option don't bother staying here.

Okay but not great

The staff was brought and the room was alright with a super convenient kitchenette. However, the location of the room was right on top of a restaurant in the street and therefore there was a lot of noise until midnight; it was difficult to leave the window open and sleep. Couldn't shut it and sleep as it used to get hot. Apart from that there was this weird noise from within the hotel like a boiler which was a pain and gave me a headache. I am supposed to come back and stay here for another 18 days later but would not chose to stay if there was a better option around this location.
