The room we stayed at was so outdated and old. Horrible smell came from the open drain in the shower! The shower curtain was a joke and with no glass or brier around the shower the entire bathroom floor was constantly wet and our kids would slip each time! The rest of the hotel, the pool and dining is very nice but they need to pay attention to the rooms and specially the bathrooms need to be renovated with hotel standards.

In a room with my family, 3 childeren. In front of music enertainment until late in the night!!! 5 nights bad/ No sleep, poor beds, very simple room, huge price / quality difference. You can follow the movie of the neighbours TV!! And everything else!! Horrible. Reception promises but do not deliver. Never ever will I visit Pian Dei Mucini resort again. A big NO GO AGAIN Only the pool is very nice

Pool vacations in Toscana

Nice hotel with a big pool and breakfast included. Perfect for the bigger families. The buildings are not the newest. Very good breakfast with options for those who needs gluten-free food.

Das Resort, die Umgebung und der Pool sind wirklich schön. Es ist nur wirklich schade, dass es so gut wie nie Klopapier auf den Toiletten im Restaurant und am Pool gab. Die Türen waren nicht abschließbar. Es gibt viele Kleinigkeiten zu bemängeln, die einfach hätten behoben werden können. Auch nach Bescheidgeben an der Rezeption, dass unsere Badlampe kaputt gegangen ist, kam niemand vorbei und hat eine neue Birne vorbei gebracht. Das Restaurant war gut. Für die Kinder und auch Erwachsene gab es Unterhaltung. Alles in Allem trotzdem ein schöner Urlaub.

Super smukt hotel og smukke omgivelser. Vi boede i en lejlighed i et af husene. Lejligheden var absolut ikke ren, og der manglede alt køkken redskab. Gammelt ulækkert skærebræt og en dårlig rusten kniv. Spindelvæv i ovnen.

Appartamenti basic ma resort super

Abbiamo alloggiato in un appartamento smart, che sono i meno lussuosi del resort. L'appartamento aveva tutto il necessario "basic", forse potrebbero avere qualche attenzione in più (per esempio mancano gli appendini per gli asciugamani, la regolazione caldo/freddo dell'acqua lascia un po' a desiderare ecc) però per 4 giorni si poteva tollerare. In compenso, il resort nel suo complesso è stupendo e di stelle ce ne vorrebbero 7! il personale è gentile e l'animazione perfetta per bambini e adulti. abbiamo anche mangiato benissimo, sia a pranzo che a cena, nei due bar/ristorante. ci torneremo

Trevlig pool, lite för avskalat och allt kändes stängt/ej öppet ännu. Vi var där på försäsongen i juni och de verkade vara i uppstart inför säsongen. Bilderna vid bokningen stämmer inte helt, det var betydligt enklare än vad vi var redo för.

Unser Appartment war großzügig und mit eigentlich allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Das Mobiliar ist zwar schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber noch in gutem Zustand. Am Pool gab es neue Liegen und man hat immer einen Platz bekommen, da sich alle daran gehalten haben, dass man z.B. während seiner Essenszeit die Handtücher mitgenommen hat und somit die Liegen frei wurden. Nach 23 Minuten war man an den Stränden in und um Follonica. Einfach herrlich, flachabfallend, feiner Sand und klares Wasser. Abends in 5 Minuten in Massa Marritima mit kleiner Altstadt. Hier sind auch die nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

Location straordinaria, personale gentile e disponibile. Ristorazione con una buona scelta dati i menù per le Mezze Pensioni/Pensioni Complete e la possibilità di mangiare alla carta presso l'Osteria con pizze e cucina toscana. Unico appunto: un filo in più di cura negli appartamenti che sono molto carini sarebbe il modo più giusto per valorizzare maggiormente la struttura.

Boende i enkel men ok standard. Mycket trevlig personal i receptionen. Fint poolområde. Ca 25 min till havet med bil. 10 min till närmaste butik med bil. De två restaurangerna på området drevs i separat regi - Personalen där var inte överdrivet trevlig. Vi upptäckte att vi hade råttor/möss på rummet som åt upp vår frukost. Inte särskilt trevligt men efter byte av rum så var det ok, även om det hanterades mycket bra av respekten så drar det ner betyget ordentligt

Nous avions réservé une chambre confort mais à part la literie il n y avait pas vraiment de confort,. Salle de bains dans son jus, WC qui fuit aucune structure pour ranger et poser les affaires de toilette, douche sans pommeau et qui fuit et frigo qui ne refroidit pas. Chambre très sombre sans clim et proche du lieu du spectacle donc très bruyant... Structures extérieures satisfaisantes mais pas assez de transat à la piscine tout le monde laisses les serviettes et vont manger. Deux machines à laver et un seul sèche linge car interdit de faire sécher son linge devant sa chambre pas d endroit prévu. Petit déjeuner pas adapté aux nombres de personnes présentes, une seule machine à café sur 3 qui fonctionnent, pas de assiettes.... Selon l heure ou vous arrivez il ne y a plus trop de choix. Bref pour le prix d une chambre confort le rapport qualité prix n y est pas du tout. Conclusion nous je reviendrons pas.

Sehr familienfreundlich, saubere neue Unterkunft für uns 8.Der Pool ist absolut ausreichend und das Gelände herrlich für Spaziergänge.Eine Klimaanlage wäre noch ganz nett aber durch die Mückenvorhänge an den Fenstern kann man super lüften.Die Lage mitten in der Marrema ist ideal für Ausflüge!
