Villa Eva has two bedrooms, it develops on one floor and it boasts a cozy and very well-tended garden with a gazebo equipped with tables and chairs, a barbeque area and a private swimming pool, the perfect place to enjoy al fresco meals. From the garden you can also easily access the wide roof terrace equipped with sunbeds, where you can enjoy the best sea view of the entire property.

As soon as you enter inside you will find a bright open space. The living area has a comfortable sofa bed and a dining area with fireplace which creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere when dining meals inside. From the living room you can access the panoramic sea view balcony with a small table and chairs.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle and all the useful appliances.
ln this area, you will also find a very functional laundry room.

The sleeping area consists of a double bedroom with sea view terrace, a bathroom with shower and a second double / twin bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower. This room has a private small patio with a coffee table and chairs.

The property is located not far from beautiful beaches with inviting seafood restaurants, a few beach clubs, a small grocery store and the possibility of combining great boat trips to Capri, Amalfi with the most hidden and spectacular coves of the coast. Sorrento is about 20 km away.
