Staff was courteous. Smoking rooms next to non-smoking rooms didn’t make much sense. In general room was clean, but hair in bathtub was gross. Beds and pillows comfortable.

Bed bugs in my room, clothes got infested, showed photo proof and a bed bug in a plastic bag. Proceed to give me a 20$ bill and get mad when i issued a complaint with experian for a refund as i now have to take my clothes, blanket and bags to go get cleaned .

I booked 2 rooms and requested bottom floor. Was told none were available so they put us upstairs. 1 room was clean but the 2nd room housekeeping never even touched. They then offered a room downstairs which wasn't available even 5 minutes before when I requested one at check-in.That room had dirty bedding, so we had to move to yet another room. I guess 3rd times a charm.

When booking we notified them that it would be after average check in time that we would arrive as we live in missouri and had to work prior to arriving once we arrived we had to wait 20 minutes for the front desk worker to come help us when she was sitting in the breakfast area not doing anything. She gave us a room that we didnt pay for when we tried to get her to change it to the proper room sne wanted to say it was an upgrade which is wasnt it was a downgrade nothing matched up to the listing at all it we had also told them that we wanted extra towels while we were gone and tbey never even so much as cleaned the room while we were out and when it came to the breakfast it wasnt anything like the one in missouris was it was pretty well bare and only consisted of a boiled egg and cold ceral all in all not happy with our stay
