Direct Oceanfront New Seabury Condo w Stunning Views & Private Beach

Start your vacation with four days early in April and we'll adjust the rate to give you the four days free to bring you to 32 days for $7900 which will waive Mass. lodging taxes. Our beach condo is in the heart of New Seabury (NS) – a large private planned community built around the New Seabury Club oceanfront golf club, in Mashpee on Cape Cod. Allowed only a few rentals per year, we steeply discount the rate shown here for a month and do 32+ day contracts which avoid all lodging taxes – saving 14.45%!
The Tidewatch (TW) condominium complex is built high above a stone revetment. Our large condo villa has unobstructed views to the south and west off its two oversize decks; it's just 50' from the surf at high tide. Open the windows and truly hear and smell the sea. The Ship's Prow deck looks out over our private beach. Step off the deck to an intimate patio with a pair of Adirondack chairs or walk 100 paces to the beach, which goes for miles.
Inside will remind you of a Cape Cod cottage with beamed white ceilings, but the amenities are all high-end. Our roomy 1050sf 1BR/1BA is much larger than the "cozy" 2BR units in nearby Maushop Village and it's all on one floor with no steps anywhere to the parking lot. We leave an electric mobility scooter in the unit for guest use. Allowed only a few rentals per year, we seek four-week stays and advise selecting 32 days as you then avoid Mass. Occupancy Taxes of 14.45%. Our rate is set at less than it costs to rent two weeks anywhere else in NS with beach access, with or without ocean views.
Only two of the 29 communities (Tidewatch and Maushop Village) in NS have beach access – ALL other vacationers must drive two miles to the public South Cape Beach in Mashpee. The Club owns a beach (the Cabana Club) which is "members only." For a couple, TW is an unmatched value for a restful vacation stay with forever views, privacy and lots of room in and out and direct beach access.
We provide linens, dishware, beach towels, new pots & pans, beach chairs; even an automatic espresso/cappuccino machine with free capsules. There is an in-unit washer/dryer. We have upgraded the furniture and all deck furniture from what is pictured. There is 65" TV with a Sonos Ultra soundbar and vintage Bose 901s for surround sound speakers.
Unlike popular Maushop Village where up to 35% of its 175 tiny cottages are summer rentals; of the 36-units in the TW complex only three or four are offered as summer rentals. Quiet, our end unit is totally private with a gate off the deck to paths leading to the beach or parking lot. It's just a bike ride away from the Popponesset Marketplace with its shops, restaurants, market, etc. Mashpee Commons is five miles away with over 100 stores, dining options, and supermarket & pharmacy access. Join our small family of repeat renters and stay longer for less!
