The beach is practically at your front door when you call this lovely Mashpee retreat your home away from home. Located in Maushop Village in the New Seabury community, this lovely townhome is the epitome of peaceful, beachside living. Dining and shopping options are located just a short distance away at the Popponesset Marketplace, where live music is often drifting through the air. Mashpee Commons offers additional dining and shopping options.

When you want to keep it close to home, don your chef's hat and whip up delicious dishes in the modern, full kitchen. Amongst the ample meal prep space and the stainless steel appliances, cooking will come easy. The sunny living room offers a delightful place to gather after dinner and tune into a movie marathon.

Follow the tasteful nautical decor into both of the bedrooms where you will be happy to find soft linens and cool air - thanks to the home's partial air-conditioning. A private washer/dryer ties together the stellar interior amenities.

Outside, the salty air can be enjoyed from one of the scenic balconies or the patio. Fire up the provided gas grill to host sweet summer barbecues, or take another walk to the beach, to watch the orange, pink, and yellow hues of the sunset meet the deep blues of the ocean.

THINGS TO KNOW
There is year-round beach access via the shell path. The stairs to the beach are only installed between memorial day and Labor Day.
There is typically a period of “beach nourishment“ where the homeowners association adds sand to the beach, renters will be alerted about when this is happening. During this time, there will be construction vehicles spreading sand on the beach and it will be closed.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
