THE ANGELINA - Centre of town overlooking Gallipoli Park

In the Centre of town overlooking Gallipoli Park this large holiday house is within easy walking distance of everything that Marysville has to offer.
Sleeping 12 in total, The Angelina features 4 bedrooms with the master situated in a separate section of the home to the other bedrooms. The Master has a queen-size bed, large WIR & ensuite. Two kid rooms, one with a Queen Bunk Bed (sleeps 4) with single bed on top and a double below and the other room with twin bunks with one containing a slide out trundle (Sleeps 5). There are numerous toys for the kids to enjoy found in a tidy compartment of the kids room. The fourth room has a queen-size bed and like the others is ample in space and has a built in robes. There are also two high chairs and two porta cots available. There is plenty of bedding in the way of doona's, blankets and pillows for all the beds but guests are required to provide their own linen and towels.
There are two living areas with the formal lounge featuring a large flat screen TV that views full digital television along with Austar and a DVD player. The second living area, perfect for children has a flat screen TV which is also tuned to Austar and has a DVD player.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with all cookware, utensils, crockery and cutlery at your disposal.

For heating and cooling there are two large split systems located in both living areas. There is a large undercover verandah with a freestanding BBQ and ample outdoor seating.

The Angelina at Marysville

Overall I would rate the property 4.5 stars.The home is beautiful and in the perfect location to everything. The only let down was no WIFI, especially having teenagers with their devices and also because you only have 4 channels on the TV due to being in the country.

Overall is fine, but owner needs offer more cleaning stuff, like dishwasher liquid, cleaning cloths, towel paper, kitchen wrap, tissue, hair dryer. We have to buy some cleaning stuff when we live there and arrived in the super market before closing fortunately.

Great spacious house in good location

This is a really spacious house in a central location in Marysville. We were two families and fitted in easily. The house is across the road from the skate park and BMX jumps and a short walk to a little playground, and less than 10 minutes walk to the adventure playground. The house is not fenced but the balcony is fenced on the front side, so you have a short amount of time to catch small children making a dash for the road (better than if it was straight out a door onto the road). The flyscreen doors also lock, which is fantastic. There's one travel childcare pack n play in good condition. There's also an additional cost mattress you could put on the floor for a toddler. There are some toys and books, but these are pretty tired so I would bring your own. In the kids bedroom, there's two sets of single bunks and one trundle underneath. The other room with bunks has a queen bunk. I have never seen one of these before - queen bed on the top and one the bottom. This was not ideal for little kids but might suits a different family group. The bed in the master bedroom was comfortable, the mattress in the second bedroom with a queen bed was not. Great location for a quick trip up to Lake Mountain - only 30 mins drive away (if there's no chains/snow driving). You can hire everything you need from the helpful snow hire people in town. The only feedback we had for this property is that it needs a thorough clean. Hopefully, this has been done, then it would be five stars.

Home away from home

This is our second year staying at the property and never disappoints. Close to Lake Mountain and also loved exploring Bruno's Sculptures and visiting Stevenson falls. We'll definitely be booking for next year again.

Surprising find in the heart of Marysville

We had a great stay in "The Angelina". Communication with the Property Management team was A+ and everything was as per listing. If you want to stay in Marysville at any time of year (incl snow peak), this is the ideal property to house your friends, family or just you and your partner.

A lovely property central to Marysville, well equipped for a rambunctious group of excited children (and mothers). Plenty of crockery, cups and glasses so we weren't needing to wash up often. Great and cosy stay!

Overall, it’s a nice and cosy home. We had 6 adults and 5 kids staying in this property and no issue with space and hot water :). Fully equipped kitchen (except the foil and cling wrap were not refilled), 2 large family break out areas and excellent communication with the property manager. The property manager has turn on the lights and heater before we arrived, the house was warm :)

Central to Marysville attractions

The Angelina is a nice cozy accommodation that can fit a large group easily. It's spacious enough to fit 2 families. Location is great as it is walking distance to the cafes, less than a 10 minute drive to Steavanson falls and about 30 minutes to Lake Mountain Ski Resort. The kids enjoyed the park across the road as there was a skate park and a basketball court. This accommodation is great for families. Would definitely stay here again if in Marysville.
