This hotel was excellent from its friendly, welcoming staff to its cleanliness and quality of service. It is also very affordable. This was our first time at a Tru by Hilton and I will highly recommend. I will be traveling later in the summer and have reservation at another chain that I am considering cancelling if there is a Tru in the area. I love the options for seating and relaxing throughout the lobby and outside.

The inn was not quiet. The staff were very accommodating and gracious for my very late arrival, but I was awakened by someone above me doing a workout routine in their room that must have involved jumping. It awoke me and I had trouble getting back to sleep. Then there was engine noise right outside that woke me again. I was grateful for a late checkout, but my stay wasn’t as restful as I had hoped.

Amazing manager at this facility. Super clean. Anything I needed the mgr was willing to help me with. Breakfast was not the greatest. Need better selections and attention to filling everything. The third day we ate out. If it weren't for the breakfast I would have given this property a 5. Also seems like when the manager isn't present things aren't quite the same.
