Close to eclectic coffee shops, restaurants and breweries.   Fully stocked kitchen with all the amenities you will need for your stay including coffee maker, pots and pans, toaster, microwave, stainless fridge and freezer, Brita water pitcher, cooking and eating utensils.   Also includes a smart tv so you can sign in to your favorite apps including Netflix, Hulu and HBO.   Please feel free to ask for recommendations for places to visit during your stay!

Public transportation options include the Martinez Amtrak station, offering connections to various destinations. The station is a short drive from the property. You can also explore local bus routes for convenient travel within Martinez and surrounding areas. Travel times to major hubs like Berkeley (12 miles) and Oakland (14 miles) are easily accessible by car, and public transport provides alternative options. Important details for your stay: Check-in is at 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. We will do our best to accommodate special requests, but it depends on availability. This is a non-smoking property; smoking is prohibited inside the apartment and on the premises. We are unable to accommodate pets. Please be respectful of the neighborhood and keep noise levels to a minimum, especially during the evening. The kitchen is fully equipped for your use; please ensure all dishes and utensils are cleaned and put away before you leave.
