The villa "ROCAILLE" includes 250M2 of living space on 1000M2. It is divided into 4 apartments, 1 rented for the year and 3 for seasonal rental, ie 16 beds available
It is surrounded by a Mediterranean style garden with notably pines, succulents, cacti; enclosed garden, fully secure.
It is a typical Provencal house, with stone walls-exposed beams-lime facade and careful decoration.
Each apartment is independent with its own entrance and a private outdoor area.
The apartment "ROMARIN" is located in the lower part of the villa on the right.
T2 / 3 of 47m2 facing South East — It can accommodate 5 people
It is a very cozy apartment, full of charm, with its stone walls, "semi buried", that is to say with opening to the outside through the veranda and the kitchen.
The 45 m2 private terrace is located opposite the apartment, in a 300 m2 garden to be shared with vacationers from the second T2.

The apartment has its own entrance, an air-conditioned veranda living room, very bright, an independent kitchen. The sleeping area includes 2 bedrooms, one in an alcove without window with opening for ventilation, one with single beds with window overlooking the veranda.

The location and setting is wonderful--we spent little time inside the apartment apart from sleepin

The grounds are gorgeous--the pictures do not do it justice. The apartment is a bit stuffy but works fine with air conditioning.

Superbe séjour, super accueil (un énorme merci à Jules qui nous a permis de passer une semaine inoubliable). Seul bémol : manque d'aération et d'ouverture dans une chambre et sdb. Mais nous reviendrons sans aucune hésitation.

Superbes vacances

Nous avons passé de très belles vacances dans cette magnifique région. La villa est très sympa, au calme, ce fût très reposant. L'environnement et la propriété sont très agréables. Nous avions l'appartement Romarin qui est super fonctionnel, spacieux, petit bémol pour la salle de bains qui a vraiment besoin de renouveau. Quant aux jardins, ils sont arborés, bien ombragés, dommage qu'il n'y ait pas piscine ou Spa, l'endroit s'y prête bien!!! En résumé, tout est chouette.....Nous y reviendrons sûrement. Nous remercions Caroline et Jules pour leur accueil très chaleureux et un grand merci à Jules pour la superbe balade en bateau dans les Calanques, à réitérer!!!

Nous avons passé quelques jours agréables dans ce petit appartement cosy et lumineux . Le joli jardin à beaucoup plu aux enfants . Commerces et plages sont accessibles facilement en quelques minutes de marche .

Belle location au coeur de Cassis

Un très bel appartement climatisé et très bien équipé bénéficiant d'un magnifique extérieur arboré au calme. Le centre de Cassis, les plages et les départs de randonnée sont à deux pas.
