the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.

This was the worst hotel I ever stayed in. And never ever again. The hotel is filthy and no lift the area is full of criminals and druggeis sleeping outside. Scary and horrible. I would not stay there even for free. Never ever again. Don't go there !!!!!!!

We stay in double room with private bath for 1 night to catch a flight on next day. Hotel is as advertised: no A/C, no elevator, some rooms with no private bathroom. Room is tiny. Warning: From the busy street (La Canebiere) to the hotel building, there is a 70m pedestrian-only walkway (rue du théatre Français) with some homeless guys sleeping day and night; also smell of urine and faeces on ground. Do not book this hotel no matter how good the deal is.

Great value hotel in good location

Hotel Ariana is a small and cosy hotel in a great location in downtown Marseille. The staff is very friendly and we can highly recommended.

Football Trip

Stayed in Marseille for 1 night during the European Championships, this hotel was fine for a 1 night stay close to a metro station and only a 10 minute walk from the old port. The hotel had paper thin walls and found difficulty in sleeping due to noise coming from the next room who wasn`t exactly loud but felt like they were in the same room

Worst experience in all my life

You may see nice pictures in the website it's just to deceive people I booked it for 3 nights but next day I checked out and booked another hotel .they did not refound me ,in one word just terrible.

Good for the price

This hotel is not fancy by any means but if your ok with a small room and a good price than this is for you. We needed a last minute place to stay for one night and even though the room was tiny it worked and was clean. The staff was great. The location wasn't the best during the night for sure but during the day it is good. We did not venture towards the harbor area but we heard it's nicer if you walk that way. We were there for a day trip to the calunques so we don't know about the harbor area at all.

Room is comfortable but small, everything is clean, towels are provided. Bathroom is shared with a few other rooms. Area isn't great but not terrible either, very close to everything, including train station. Staff are very helpful!

most places near the station are dumps. this one is no different. quite seedy outside and inside. wifi is weird disconnects if you do not see some ad. more than twenty bucks i would say this place is expensive

It is just a standard hotel in a so-so street, meaning with more than 60 Euros it is too expensive. Clean, airconditioning, okay. But the water in the toilet keeps running. On arrival the young guy at the counter tried to deny me to see the room; I'd have to pay first since I "had booked" this. This was then corrected by his colleagues who showed me two rooms to chose from. But this is exactly the cold welcome the traveller does want. So I would never return to this place.

담배냄새 온방에 쩔어있고 엘베 없고 헤어드라이기도 빌려야하는데 첫날 카운터에 물어보니 없다고 했어요. 그래서 둘째날 다시 갔더니 있다고 하네요.

El hotel está muy céntrico y cerca de la estación de Saint Charles. El personal de recepción muy amables. La habitación bastante límpia. La única pega es que no hay ascensor. Pero si volvemos a Marsella, escogeriamos el mismo hotel por lo anterior descrito.

Hôtel un peu vieillot ... et pas très insonorisé mais Personnel parfaitement disponible et fait du mieux qu il peut !!!! Petit dej très bien !! Il y a du bon et du mauvais mais l ensemble reste correct pour 1 ou 2 nuits
