On the heights of Auriol in the countryside, Haut de Bastide Provençale 140m2 first floor fully renovated.



There are 3 bedrooms with dressing rooms:

- Terracotta: 1 bed 160cm x 200cm

- Linen: 1 bed 160cm x 200cm

- Sauge: 2 beds 80cm x 200cm that can be joined together.

(extra bed and cot available on request)



You'll also have a fully-equipped kitchen opening onto a large living/dining room and a pretty veranda.

There are also two large bathrooms, one with WC, a separate WC and a laundry room.



Sheets and towels can be provided for an additional charge, payable on site.



The house has a wood-burning stove and reversible air conditioning.



Outside, there is a swimming pool (4.20 m x 3.20 m), sun loungers and a large terrace with barbecue and electric griddle.



There is a petanque court with boules and jacks.



There is parking for 3 cars.



An idyllic place to recharge your batteries, with views of the Garlaban and the Sainte Baume.

Various hiking and mountain bike trails are just a few minutes away.



The charming villages of St-Zacharie and Auriol are close by, with supermarkets, small shops, bars and restaurants.



The freeway, just 3 km away, will take you quickly to Marseille, Aix-en-Provence, the beaches of Cassis, La Ciotat and the Circuit du Castellet.



For children, the Ok Corral amusement park and the Bois des Lutin are within easy reach.
