The saltwater pool is 10 meters long and 5 meters wide, with a depth ranging from 1.2 to 2.1 meters. Surrounding the pool, you'll find 5 sun loungers and 2 parasols, perfect for unwinding after a refreshing swim. To complete the outdoor space, there is a fully furnished porch where you can savor a delicious meal prepared on the barbecue, all while enjoying scenic sea views.

Upon entering the expansive single-level interior of the property, you'll find a comfortable living room featuring air conditioning. It boasts two sofas positioned in front of the Smart TV, with two additional sofas in the same area, providing plenty of space for you and your guests to relax together. The living room seamlessly flows into the dining room, enhancing the sense of space and natural light throughout. The fully equipped induction kitchen includes all the necessary utensils for preparing meals during your stay, along with another dining area.

The property offers five bedrooms in total. The first bedroom includes a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. The next two bedrooms also feature double beds and share an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The remaining two bedrooms consist of one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, each with its own en-suite shower bathroom. All bedrooms come with wardrobes and air conditioning for added comfort. For families traveling with a baby, a cot and high chair are available upon request.

Additionally, you'll have access to a washing machine, dryer, and iron throughout your stay.

Marratxí is a municipality located a short distance from Palma, the capital of the island, where you will find all kinds of shops, services, leisure activities and a lot of history and culture to discover. The landscape of Marratxí is characterised by its combination of rural areas, residential areas and industrial spaces, ideal for a pleasant stroll. As for the beaches, the nearest is Palma, 13.2 km away, but if you drive along the coast, paradisiacal beaches such as Sa Ràpita or Es Trenc await you.
